How do refunds work?

When a booking paid online is cancelled, the money goes back from your Wayl store under the terms it was booked on.

3 minutes

The client paid your Wayl store, so the refund comes out of your store. Jalsa works out the amount and asks your store for it once the cancellation is saved; it never holds the money.
