Cancel your booking
You can cancel your booking from its page before it starts, and you see what comes back before you confirm.
Step 1: Open the booking from its confirmation email, or sign in and open My bookings.Open the booking from its confirmation email, or sign in and open My bookings.
Step 2: Tap Cancel booking.Click Cancel booking.

Common questions
Can I change the time instead?
Yes, from the booking's page, until free cancellation ends. After that, cancel and book again.
The provider moved my booking and it doesn't suit me
You can cancel free of charge for 48 hours after they move it.
My booking has started. Can I cancel?
No, a booking can only be cancelled before it starts. Get in touch with the provider directly.
