What happens to an online booking that isn't paid?
An online booking holds its time at once. If the client doesn't pay in time, we ask Wayl one last time, then cancel the booking and free its time.
The client books, then pays your store within 60 minutes, and the booking holds its time meanwhile. If the payment still hasn't arrived 30 minutes after that, we ask your Wayl store one last time: if it says paid, we record it; if not, the booking is cancelled and its time freed. We never cancel because Wayl didn't answer.

The cases
- PaidThe client paid in timeThe booking reads Paid in full, and the client gets their confirmation email.
- WaitingWayl isn't answeringThe booking stays as it is, and we ask again a few minutes later. Silence never means the client didn't pay.
- CancelledThe client didn't payThe booking is cancelled and its time freed, and the client is told the payment didn't arrive. Nothing was taken, so nothing is refunded.
- A link you sentYou booked them in and sent a payment linkThis booking is never cancelled on its own. The link lasts 72 hours; you can send it again from the booking with Send payment link, or record cash instead.
Common questions
The client paid after the booking was cancelled. What now?
The money reaches your store, and the booking doesn't come back. The Jalsa team sees it and sorts it out with you and the client.
Where do I see the time to pay?
On the booking in your calendar: it shows the payment link and when it ends, Baghdad time. The client sees it on their booking page.
