Can I approve each booking first?

A booking on Jalsa is made the moment it is confirmed, without waiting for you. But you can choose who books and when, learn what you need before the visit, and cancel what doesn't suit you.

3 minutes

No booking waits for approval: a client books an open time, the booking is theirs, the time is taken, and anything due is paid. So no client is left waiting for a reply, and no time is promised to two people. What approval is usually for, you get with the ways below.

What approval is for, without the wait

  • Who booksEveryone who books has an accountA client signs in with a code sent to their phone or email before booking, so you know their name and how to reach them, and no one books under someone else's name.
  • Link onlyA service only for those you give its linkMake the service Link only in What you offer: it is off your page and out of search engines, and only those you send its link to book it. Sharing a link
  • WhenEnough time before each visitSet the Least notice in Booking and cancellation, or for one service under its Limits, so no booking arrives before you can prepare. Every new business starts at 2 hours. How?
  • What you need to knowQuestions the client answers as they bookAdd up to 5 questions under Questions on the service's page, and make the ones you need required. You see the answers on the booking before the visit.
  • If it doesn't suit youYou cancel it with a message to the clientOpen the booking on the Calendar and choose Cancel booking, with the reason in Message to the client: it goes in their cancellation email, and everything they paid in advance goes back to them. How refunds work

Common questions

Why can't a booking wait for my approval?

Because a booking on hold leaves the client without an answer, holds a time that may never be used, and leaves payment waiting or to be returned. A booking made at once is clear to you and the client from the start.

I want to book a client once we've agreed

Make the service link-only and send its link to those you agree with, or book them in yourself from the calendar. How?
