Why can't a client book?
Your page offers only the times your hours, your booking rules and your calendar allow. Here is each reason, and where to change it.
A client sees a time only when it is within your hours, after your least notice, before your furthest-ahead, and free on your calendar. And a service books only when it is switched on, within your plan, and has a way to be paid.

The reasons
- Working hoursThe day is closed, or the time is after hoursClients book within your hours only, and a person's day off closes that day for every service they give. Change them in Availability. How?
- Too soonThe time is sooner than your least noticeEvery new business starts with 2 hours of notice, so sooner times don't show. Change it in Booking and cancellation, or per service on its page.
- Too farThe time is past your furthest-aheadEvery new business starts taking bookings up to 60 days ahead. Change Furthest ahead in Booking and cancellation.
- TakenThe time is booked, blocked, or the seats are goneA time with a booking or Block time on it isn't offered, nor an event date whose seats are gone. Delete the blocked time on the calendar to open it again.
- Link onlyThe service is off your pageAn Link only service doesn't show on your page, but clients book it from its link. Share the link, or show it on your page from What you offer.
- Not bookableThe service is switched off, or beyond your planA service that is Off can't be booked and its link doesn't open. And when your plan lapses, only the services within the free plan's limit stay bookable; the rest come back once you pay.
- No way to payThe service reads “Booking opens soon”A paid service books only when you have a way to be paid: on arrival, a Wayl store, or a transfer. Turn one on in Payments. How?
- Unpaid bookingsThe client has several upcoming bookings with you with nothing paidA client can hold at most 3 of these with you, then can't book again until they pay toward one, cancel one, or one's time passes. A booking you make for them isn't held to this.
