Lesson 2, 3 minutes

How does the money reach you?

Clients pay you directly: in cash, by transfer to your account, or online into your Wayl store. Jalsa never holds your clients' money.

The money only ever moves between you and your client: in hand, by transfer to your account, or into your own Wayl store. Jalsa records what was paid, never holds it, and takes nothing from your bookings (0%). You pay Jalsa for your plan only.

Common questions

When does a booking count as paid?

Once Wayl confirms the payment, you record the cash, or you confirm the transfer arrived. The client coming back from the payment page isn't enough on its own: we always check with your store.

And if the client cancels after paying?

What they paid online goes back from your store under the terms they booked on. How do refunds work?
