Who on your team takes a booking?

When more than one person gives a service, you choose in its editor how it's booked: the client picks, in turn, or all together.

Under People you choose the people who give the service, and under How it's given how bookings are shared between them. Pick nobody, and anyone free on the team is booked.

The three ways

  • Client picksThe client picks someone, or anyoneIf they pick Anyone, the booking goes to whoever is free then, the least busy that day first.
  • In turnThe client picks nobodyThe booking goes to the free person with the highest priority, then to whoever had the fewest bookings of this service in the last 30 days, then to whoever had one longest ago.
  • All togetherEveryone picked comes to each bookingPick at least two people. A time shows only when they are all free; the booking is in the name of the lead you set, and each of them sees it on their calendar.

Where to choose it

Step 1: In What you offer, tap the service's name to open its editor.

Step 2: Pick the people under People, then the way under How it's given. In turn, set each person's priority.

Common questions

Can I choose the person myself?

Yes. When you add or move a booking yourself, you choose the person whatever the way.

What if a client moves a booking given in turn?

It stays with the same person if they're free at the new time; otherwise it goes in turn again.
