The free plan and paid plans
You start free, with no end date. Paid plans add online payment, a team, more services and events.
Every business starts on the free plan, and it never runs out. It has your booking page and link, bookings, payment on arrival or by transfer, deposits by transfer, events, and email reminders for clients, with a limit on services, events and people. Plan and billing shows what each plan includes today, and its price.

How do I upgrade?
In Settings open Plan and billing, choose the plan and how long, then pay through Wayl. The plan starts once the payment arrives.
Can I try a paid plan first?
When a plan comes with a free trial, Plan and billing shows how long it lasts, and you start it with no payment and no store. Each business gets one trial.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your plan's features stay for 3 days after it ends. After that, whatever goes beyond the free plan pauses: nothing is deleted, and bookings already made stay. Paying brings it all back.
How do I go back to the free plan?
Stop renewing in Plan and billing and choose the services that stay bookable. Your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for, with nothing refunded.
